Before submitting your order, please verify that all of your customisation text is correct. You will not be able to modify the information once the order has been placed. Please note customisation will take 4-5 business days to be prepared.

PRIVACY
Any personal information that you provide us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individual outside of PartiArti.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards or all payments could also be made by Paypal.

PRICING
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order. PartiArti reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

SHIPPING and HANDLING
We like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 4-5 business days processing time, an email will be sent once it has been shipped. Please note a flat rate is charged per box for both domestic and international orders, additional items may incur extra shipping costs depending on size.

Notice: Guaranteed next day delivery if you are within Australia Post's Express Post network. If the delivery address is outside of Express Post network then your order will be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guarantee basis.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope you love your purchase. Since every Readi-to-Parti box is unique and customised in its own way, all boxes purchased are final sale. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the party kit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will be happy to work something out with you. We want happy customers!
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
